How do I obtain a quote?
Email or call us with all product details needed. This includes type of garment, type of decoration, quantity required, date required and artwork. Alternatively use the contact us form to leave all information and we will get back you as soon as possible.
How can I pay ?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, aswell as bank transfer and cash payments.
How long will my order take?
Order duration depends on a number of factors, but generally orders are completed within 7-10 days, but we can offer an express service for urgent orders.
What artwork do I need?
We need the highest resolution artwork possible, the better the artwork the better the final product will be, ideally an EPS, or high resolution vectorised logo for print. But we can generally work with most forms of artwork. For all orders we will provide an artwork proof for you to check that you are completely happy prior to production.
What is your returns policy?
Goods cannot be returned if customised in anyway.
